聚酯增塑剂D1050对PVC防水卷材性能的影响研究

摘　　要：采用聚酯增塑剂D1050制备PVC防水卷材,以50份DOP增塑剂制得的PVC防水卷材作为对照组,得出如下结论:D1050增塑剂的增塑效率是DOP增塑剂的76.9%;D1050增塑剂的用量为50份时,制得的PVC防水卷材拉伸强度、直角撕裂强度比等量DOP增塑剂制得的PVC防水卷材的高;D1050增塑剂迁移率低且主要为表面迁移,制得的PVC防水卷材质量稳定。PVC waterproofing membrane is prepared using polyester plasticizer D1050,and PVC membrane prepared with 50 portions of DOP plasticizer are used for comparison.Following conclusions are drawn:the plasticizing efficiency of D1050 plasticizer is 76.9%of that of DOP plasticizer;When the dosage of D1050 plasticizer is 50 parts,the tensile strength and right angle tear strength of the PVC waterproofing membrane produced are higher than those of the PVC waterproofing membrane produced with the same amount of DOP plasticizer;the migration rate of D1050 plasticizer is low and mainly occurs on the surface,so the quality of PVC waterproofing membrane produced is stable.
