摘 要:研究分析了涂盖料黏度、预浸挤压工艺、生产速度、烘干温度、胎基种类及规格等因素对弹性体改性沥青防水卷材热老化尺寸变化率的影响,结果表明:涂盖料黏度越小,卷材热老化尺寸变化率越小;预浸料挤压辊与涂盖料辊线速度越是同步,卷材热老化尺寸变化率越小;生产车速越快,产线的张力也越高,卷材热老化尺寸变化率越大;胎基烘干温度越高,卷材热老化尺寸变化率越大;生产时选用热尺寸稳定性越好、厚度越均匀的胎基,卷材热老化尺寸变化率越小。A study is conducted to analyze the effects of factors such as viscosity of the compound,squeezing process of impregnation,production speed,drying temperature,type and specification of the carrier on the size change rate of elastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane after thermal aging.The results show that the lower the viscosity of the compound,the smaller the size change rate of the membrane after thermal aging;the more synchronous the linear speed of the impregnation squeezing roller and the coating roller,the smaller the size change rate of the membrane;the faster the production speed,the higher the tension of the production line,and the greater the size change rate of the membrane after thermal aging;the higher the drying temperature of the carrier,the greater the size change rate of the membrane after thermal aging;when carrier with better thermal dimensional stability and more uniform thickness is selected for production,the size change rate of the membrane after thermal aging will be smaller.
