摘　　要：研究了VAE乳液添加量对Ⅰ型JS防水涂料拉伸性能和粘结强度的影响,测试了VAE乳液制得的JS防水涂料的施工抗流挂性能和长期吸水率。结果表明:液料中添加90%左右的VAE乳液、1.5%的增塑剂DINP,并添加适量的丙烯酸盐类增稠剂和杀菌剂,液粉料质量比为1∶1时,制得的JS防水涂料具有较好的力学性能、施工性能,较厚的单次涂抹厚度和较低的吸水率。The influence of the addition amount of VAE emulsion on the tensile properties and bonding strength of TypeⅠJS waterproofing coating is studied,and the application anti-sagging performance and long-term water absorption of JS waterproofing coating prepared with VAE emulsion are tested.The results show that when 90%VAE emulsion,1.5%plasticizer DINP,appropriate amount of acrylate thickener and bactericide are added into the liquid material,and the mass ratio of liquid to powder is 1∶1,the JS waterproofing coating prepared has good mechanical properties,workability,bigger single application thickness and lower water absorption.
