摘　　要：通过对垃圾发电企业生产运行中五项对利润影响最大的因素入炉垃圾含水率(焚化渗沥液浓水)、锅炉排污率、锅炉排烟温度、凝汽器结垢和沼气利用的节能价值或者损失价值的分析,可知每一项的节能效益都达到几十万甚至上百万元,对每一项影响因素提出了提高运营效益的相关技术措施,对部分解决的技术方法提供了详细的计算公式,为垃圾发电企业从内部生产运行层面提高效率、降低消耗、提高效益指明了方向。Through the analysis of five factors that have the greatest impact on profits in the production and operation of garbage power generation enterprises,including the moisture content of the incoming garbage(Incineration of leachate concentrated water),the boiler blowdown rate,the boiler exhaust temperature,the condenser scaling,and the energy saving value or loss value of biogas utilization,it can be seen that the energy saving benefits of each item reach hundreds of thousands or even millions of yuan.Relevant technical measures are proposed to improve operational efficiency for each factor,and detailed calculation formulas are provided for some of the technical solutions.This provides a direction for garbage power generation enterprises to improve efficiency,reduce consumption,and increase benefits from the internal production and operation level.
