摘  要:光模块PCB是光通信行业的重要组件,负责将电信号转换为光信号,从而实现长距离传输,光模块通讯结构件,是连接器信号传输的关键部件,已广泛应用于通讯、汽车、消费电子、工业等多个领域。随着信息化浪潮的不断推进,作为连接器的基础结构件,其产品质量越来越重要,高速光模块封装插拔对金手指的正位度要求越来越高,金手指位置发生变化,会出现传导性低、热膨胀系数高的问题,同时眼图容易出现扭曲变形和弯曲情况,噪声、抖动、协方差的情况时有发生,这些参数可以帮助用户确定光模块的性能和响应时间,作为性能优化和故障排除的依据,确保光模块在高速数据传输中的稳定性和可靠性。Optical module PCB is an important component of the optical communication industry,responsible for converting electrical signals into optical signals,so as to achieve long-distance transmission,optical module communication structure,is the key component of connector signal transmission,has been widely used in communication,automotive,consumer electronics,industrial and other fields.With the continuous advancement of the wave of information technology,as the basic structure of the connector,its product quality is becoming more and more important,high-speed optical module packaging and plugging of the goldfinger positivity requirements are getting higher and higher,goldfinger position changes,low conductivity,high coefficient of thermal expansion problems,while the eye map is prone to distortion and bending,noise,jitter,etc.These parameters can help users determine the performance and response time of the optical module,as a basis for performance optimization and troubleshooting,to ensure the stability and reliability of the optical module in high-speed data transmission.
