摘 要:随着三元复合驱规模的扩大,采出水水质愈加复杂,滤料易出现板结、污染、堵塞、憋压等现象,离线清洗成本较高且清洗时间长,应用常规反冲洗达不到预期效果。为提高滤料再生效果、节约清洗费用及时间,在大庆油田三元217污水处理站开展过滤罐滤料原位清洗工艺研究,通过室内化学分析和滤料清洗试验对滤料原位清洗所用的清洗剂药剂配方进行调整,选定了滤料清洗剂配方、用量、浓度、清洗温度和时间,确定了滤料原位清洗最佳条件。三元217污水站进行的滤料原位清洗试验结果表明:与离线清洗相比,原位清洗工艺将单台滤罐滤料清洗时间由5天以上缩短到1.83天,清洗费用由6.47万元降低到4.6万元,实现了滤料清洗效率和效益的大幅提升。With the expansion of the scale of ASP,the produced water quality has become more complicated,and filter materials are prone to hardening,pollution,blockage,and pressure suppression.Conventional backwashing cannot achieve the expected effect,and the off-line cleaning cost is high and the cleaning time is long.In order to improve the regeneration effect of the filter material and save the cleaning cost and time,a study on the in-situ cleaning process of filter material in the filtration tank is carried out at the ASP-217 Sewage Treatment Station in Daqing Oilfield.Through indoor chemical analysis and filter material cleaning test,the cleaning agent formulation used for the in-situ cleaning of filter material is adjusted.The filter cleaning agent formula,cleaning agent dosage,cleaning agent concentration,cleaning temperature,and time are determined,and the best conditions for the in-situ cleaning of filter materials are determined.The results of the in-situ cleaning test for the filter material at ASP-217 Sewage Station show that compared with off-line cleaning,the in-situ cleaning process shortens the cleaning time of a single filter tank from more than 5 days to 1.83 days,and the cleaning cost is reduced from 64700 yuan to 46000 yuan,realizing a significant improvement in the efficiency and benefit of filter material cleaning.
