摘 要:为了掌握泡沫驱残留药剂对采出液地面处理工艺的影响,以现场泡沫辅助减氧空气驱采出液和模拟采出液为对象进行了脱水和消泡等实验。采用SVT-20N旋转滴测量仪、TA DHR-2流变仪、泡沫测试分析装置等仪器和破乳脱水标准方法,测定了发泡剂和稳泡剂对油水界面性质的影响,评价了发泡剂、稳泡剂、破乳剂、处理温度对采出液破乳脱水和消泡特性的影响,得出了发泡剂和稳泡剂对采出液破乳脱水和消泡特性的影响规律,优化了现场泡沫辅助减氧空气驱采出液的分离脱水条件。通过实验与结果分析,采出液的发泡剂残留质量浓度为10 mg/L左右;发泡剂的残留会显著降低油水界面张力,并增加消泡时间,稳泡剂主要表现为发泡剂的辅助药剂;当发泡剂质量浓度为10 mg/L,或5 mg/L发泡剂+100 mg/L稳泡剂时,脱水60 min后的含水率仍高于0.5%,此时需要升高温度或者增加破乳剂投加量;当发泡剂残留质量浓度超过150 mg/L时,消泡时间会超过10 min,此时需增加温度促进采出液的消泡。掌握泡沫驱药剂对采出液破乳脱水和消泡特性的影响规律,可为现场泡沫辅助减氧空气驱采出液的脱水和消泡提供参考。In order to reveal the influence of foam flooding residual agent on the surface treatment process of produced liquid,experiments such as dehydration and defoaming are conducted on the produced liquid of on-site foam-assisted deoxidized air flooding and simulated produced liquid.The effects of foaming agents and foam stabilizers on the properties of the oil-water interface are measured by using SVT-20N rotating drop meter,TA DHR-2 rheometer,foam test and analysis device,and other instruments as well as demulsification and dehydration standard methods.The effects of foaming agent,foam stabilizing agent,demulsifier,and treatment temperature on the demulsification,dehydration,and defoaming characteristics of produced fluid are evaluated,the influencing rules of foaming agent and foam stabilizing agent on the demulsification,dehydration,and defoaming characteristics of produced fluid are obtained,and the separation and dehydration conditions of produced fluid in the field of foam-assisted deoxidized air flooding are optimized.Through experiments and result analysis,it is found that the residual mass concentration of the foaming agent in the produced liquid is about 10 mg/L,the residual foaming agent will significantly reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water,and in-crease the defoaming time.The stabilizing agent is mainly manifested as an auxiliary agent for foaming agents.When the mass concentration of the foaming agent is 10 mg/L,or the foaming agent is 5 mg/L,and the stabilizing agent is 100 mg/L,the water content after 60 minutes of dehydration is still higher than 0.5%.At this time,it is necessary to raise the temperature or increase the demulsifier dosage.When the residual mass concentration of the foaming agents exceeds 150 mg/L,the defoaming time will exceed 10 minutes.At this time,it is necessary to increase the temperature to promote the defoaming of the produced liquid.Mastering the influence law of foam flooding agent on the demulsification,dehydration,and defoaming characteristics of produced
