摘  要:页岩油作为一种非常规油气资源,其特性在全寿命开采周期内与常规石油资源差别较大。而目前国内大部分油田和设计单位仍以常规油田技术模式实现页岩油集输,这种保守的技术模式造成了能耗较高的问题。为提高开发的整体效益,实现集输系统能量最优利用的同时保证集输管道安全运行,开展长庆油田华H100平台原油集输管路多相流结蜡特性研究,利用室内控温油气水三相流实验系统,结合国内外已有的油-气、油-水、油-气-水多相结蜡规律模型以及油田生产实际,分析了含水率、温度、混合流速和气液比等因素对原油结蜡特性的影响规律,绘制不同工况条件下的蜡沉积速率曲线,并找出导致不同蜡沉积速率的原因。基于实验数据,建立结蜡速率、压降梯度与管径、流速、含水率、气液比和温度之间的关系模型。同时,利用达西公式和伯努利方程进行推导,根据现场井口回压与进站压力,得出适用于长庆油田华H100平台集输管道清管周期的计算关系式。此研究为解决管路结蜡问题提供了理论依据,为页岩油无杆采油地面多相集输工艺优化奠定了基础,达到集输系统优化简化、节能降耗的目的。Shale oil,as an unconventional oil and gas resource,has significant characteristics that differ from conventional petroleum resources throughout its entire life cycle.At present,most oilfields and design units in China still use conventional oilfield technology models to achieve shale oil gathering and transportation,which results in high energy consumption issues due to this conservative technology model.In order to improve the overall efficiency of development and achieve the optimal utilization of energy in the gathering and transportation system,while ensuring the safe operation of the gathering and transportation pipeline,a study is conducted on the multiphase flow wax formation characteristics of the crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline of Hua H100 Platform in Changqing Oilfield.Using an indoor temperature-controlled oil-gas-water three-phase flow experimental system,combined with existing models of multiphase wax formation laws of oil-gas,oil-water,and oil-gas-water at home and abroad,as well as actual oilfield production,the influence of factors such as water content,temperature,mixed flow rate,and gas-liquid ratio on the wax formation characteristics of crude oil is studied,and wax deposition rate curves under different operating conditions are plotted to identify the reasons for different wax deposition rates.Based on experimental data,a relationship model between wax deposition rate,pressure drop gradient,and pipe diameter,flow rate,water content,gas-liquid ratio,and temperature is established.At the same time,using the Darcy formula and Bernoulli equation for derivation,based on the on-site wellhead back pressure and inlet pressure,a calculation formula suitable for the pigging cycle of Hua H100 Platform gathering and transportation pipeline in Changqing Oilfield is obtained.This study provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of pipeline wax formation,laying the foundation for optimizing the surface multiphase gathering and transportation process of shale oil rodless production,
