摘  要:在油田整体开发方案中,依据油田产能及地质情况,对油田地面工程注水系统提出总体设计思路,按油田产量年份预测规划不同时期注水任务。为验证规划的合理性和可实施性,以及保障设计的安全性,需进一步开展注水系统水力模拟计算。重点论述伊拉克某油田注水管网系统设计思路,及其PIPENET软件在注水系统中对管网水力坡降、配水分布及水击计算等方面的应用,以此分析注水泵的选型及性能参数、变频器的控制参数、管网输量与管网尺寸是否匹配及合理,以满足项目要求的配注能力。通过稳态和瞬态模拟计算,得出管网水力损失,完成注水泵开启数量及工作频率选择,平衡管网流量、流速、管径尺寸和压降之间关系,满足全部注水井口配注量及压力要求,对于水击超压情况,提出设计水击泄压阀的措施,进一步验证注水系统设计正确性,为下阶段工作提供参考。In the overall development plan of the oilfield,based on the oilfield production capacity and geological conditions,the overall design concept of the oilfield surface engineering water injection system is proposed,and the water injection tasks for different periods are planned according to the oilfield production year prediction.In order to verify the rationality and practicability of the plan,and ensure the safety of the design,it is necessary to carry out further hydraulic simulation calculations of the water injection system.The design concept of the water injection pipeline system in an Iraq Oilfield is introduced,with a focus on the application of PIPENET software in the water injection system,including hydraulic gradient of the pipeline network,water distribution,and water hammer calculation.Based on this,the selection and performance parameters of the water injection pump,the control parameters of the frequency converter,the matching and rationality of the pipeline network throughput and pipeline size are analyzed,in order to meet the required injection capacity of the project.Through steady-state and transient simulation calculations,the hydraulic loss of the pipeline network is determined,and the selection of the open number and operating frequency of water injection pumps is com-pleted.The relationship between the flow rate,velocity,pipe diameter size,and pressure drop of the pipeline network is balanced to meet the requirements of all injection wellhead allocation volume and pressure.For water hammer overpressure situations,measures for designing water hammer relief valves are proposed to further verify the accuracy of the water injection system design,and provide reference for the next stage of work.
