摘  要:脂肽复配弱碱三元复合驱体系进入现场应用后,采出污水聚合物浓度879 mg/L,石油磺酸盐表面活性剂浓度61.07 mg/L,脂肽表面活性剂浓度高达232 mg/L,且含量随时间逐渐增长,含油浓度高达1957 mg/L,悬浮物浓度高达556 mg/L,SRB细菌浓度2×10^(7)个/mL,FB细菌浓度1.1×10^(3)个/mL,TGB细菌浓度2×10^(5)个/mL。针对现场采出污水出现悬浮物大量增加和污水发黑,且污水处理工艺中沉降段和过滤段悬浮物祛除能力急剧下降的问题,开展污水水质实验,基于脂肽表活剂的乳化特性和生物特性分别筛选有效破乳剂与杀菌剂在现场投加,实现对SRB、FB和TGB含量的控制,并优化过滤罐反冲洗工艺参数,防止由于悬浮物含量高导致滤料过滤效果不好的问题,确保污水的处理稳定达标。所得结果可以指导后续污水处理工艺的改进,对脂肽体系推广也有一定借鉴意义。After the field test of lipopeptide compound weak alkali ASP flooding is carried out,it is found that the concentration of polymer in produced sewage is 879 mg/L,the concentration of petroleum sulfonate surfactant is 61.07 mg/L,and the concentration of lipopeptide surfactant is up to 232 mg/L,and the content gradually increased with time.The oil concentration,the suspended solids concentration,the SRB bacteria concentration,FB bacteria concentration,and TGB bacteria concentration is as high as 1957 mg/L,556 mg/L,2×10^(7)/mL,and 1.1×10^(3)/mL,and 2×10^(5)/mL.In view of the large increase in suspended solids,the blackening of produced sewage on-site,and the sharp decline in the removal ability of suspended solids in the settling and filtration sections of the sewage treatment process,sewage water quality experiments are carried out.Effective demulsifiers and fungicides are selected and added on-site based on the emulsification and biological characteristics of lipopeptide surfactant,so as to control the contents of SRB,FB,and TGB.The backwashing process parameters of the filter tank are optimized to prevent the poor filtering effect of filter material due to the high content of suspended solids,and to ensure stable and compliant sewage treatment.The results obtained can guide the improvement of the subsequent sewage treatment process,and also have some reference significance for the popularization of lipopeptide systems.
