摘 要:为全面提高油气田地面建设工程预制化水平,加大推广应用预制钢筋混凝土结构防火堤,通过标准化设计、工厂化预制、现场试验应用,对预制钢筋混凝土防火堤的结构计算、吊装验算过程总结分析,并对预制钢筋混凝土防火堤的现浇拼缝、预埋钢板焊接拼接、企口缝连接三种拼缝设计进行方案对比。结果显示,与现浇防火堤相比,预制钢筋混凝土防火堤具有现场施工周期缩短75%以上、预制质量全过程可控、可减少碳排放2%以上的优势,经过实际项目试验证明,预制防火堤质量可靠,减少了大量人工作业,降低了施工安全风险,有利于环境保护,具备了在实际项目中推广和应用的条件。In order to comprehensively improve the prefabrication level of oil and gas field ground construction projects,increase the promotion and application of prefabricated reinforced concrete fire dike structures,through standardized design,factory prefabrication,and field test application,this paper summarizes and analyzes the structural calculation and hoisting check calculation process of prefabricated reinforced concrete fire dikes.Three plans have been proposed for the joint design of prefabricated reinforced concrete fire dikes,including cast-in-place joint,pre-embedded steel plate welding joint,and groove joint connection.Compared with cast-in-place fire dikes,prefabricated reinforced concrete fire dikes have more than 75%shorter on-site construction period,the whole process of prefabricated quality is controllable,and carbon emissions can be reduced by more than 2%.After practical project experiments,it has been proven that the quality of prefabricated fire dikes is reliable,a large number of manual operations are reduced,construction safety risks are reduced,and the environmental protection level is increased.It has the conditions for promotion and application in actual projects.
