摘  要:为提升行洪区、蓄滞洪区油气站场建(构)筑物防洪能力,以大庆油田涝洲气田新建的18座气井井场高架平台设计为依据,对高架平台的防洪设计方法进行研究和总结。以松花江干流涝洲江段行洪区的江道主槽宽度、行洪区宽度、洪水位、流速、流量等基本数据为基础,按洪水从进入、停留和退出三个阶段对高架平台结构选型和结构布置方法,平台架设高度计算方法,以及高架平台对洪水荷载的水流荷载、波浪荷载的计算方法进行研究。在结构设计方面,重点研究了高架平台在洪水荷载作用下的整体稳定性验算方法,包括抗倾覆、抗滑移和抗漂浮等验算。在满足高架平台整体稳定性和洪水期间最大冲刷深度要求的前提下,研究了基础优化设计方法以及独立基础的适用条件。井场高架平台防洪设计方法为后续的行洪区、蓄滞洪区油气站场建(构)筑物防洪设计提供参考。In order to improve the flood control design ability of oil and gas station sites in flood flow areas,as well as flood storage and detention areas,based on the design of 18 new gas well elevated platforms in Laozhou Gas Field in Daqing Oilfield,the flood control design methods of elevated platforms are studied and summarized.The basic data such as the width of the main channel,the width of the flood area,flood level,flow velocity,flow rate,and other basic data in the flood flow area of the Laozhou section of the Songhua River are based on as a foundation.The structural selection and structure layout methods of the elevated platform,the calculation method of platform height,and the calculation methods of flood loads on elevated platforms,including water flow loads and wave loads,are mainly studied according to the three stages of flood entry,stop and exit.In terms of structural design,the overall stability checking method of the elevated platform under flood load is mainly studied,including anti-overturning,anti-slip,and anti-floating calculations.Under the premise of meeting the overall stability of the elevated platform and the maximum scouring depth during the flood,the basic optimization design method and the applicable conditions of independent foundations are studied.The flood control design method of the gas well elevated platform provides a reference for the flood control design of oil and gas station sites in subsequent flood flow areas,and flood storage and detention areas.
