摘 要:针对油田特高含水开发后期面临的形势,系统分析了大庆油田杏南开发区地面工程系统的布局、负荷、工艺建设现状及潜力,总结了地面建设、数字化、节能降耗等方面采取的措施及效果。通过区块开发一体化,努力控制建设规模;实施地上地下一体化和站场改造一体化措施,全面提升质量效率,提升区域整合效果。超前谋划并积极组织数字化建设,明确了井、间、站的建设思路,并在作业区全面推进,构建了作业区“三重监控”管理模式和“三位一体”生产指挥系统,梳理了数字化管控业务和工作流程,确保数字化平稳高效运行。按照“系统挖潜、源头控制、节点治理、过程优化”的节能工作思路,做好集输节气和注水节电工作,优化系统运行,提高设备效率,促进油田生产降本增效。实施后,杏南开发区产能建设节省投资3.5亿元,年节气2300×10^(4)m^(3),节电945×10^(4)kWh。In view of the situation faced by the later stage of the ultra-high water cut development of the oilfield,the layout,load,process construction status,and potential of the surface engineering system in Xingnan Development Zone in Daqing Oilfield are systematically analyzed,and the measures taken in surface construction,digitization,energy conservation and consumption reduction as well as their effects are summarized.The construction scale is controlled through the integration of block development,quality and efficiency are comprehensively improved and the effect of regional integration is enhanced through the integration of ground and underground,and the integration of station and yard reconstruction.Plan ahead and actively organize digital construction,the construction ideas for wells,workshops,and stations are clarified,and the construction in the operation area is comprehensively promoted.A"triple monitoring"management mode and a"trinity"production command system in the operation area are built,the digital control business and workflow are combined to ensure smooth and efficient operation of digitization.In accordance with the energy conservation work idea of"system potential tapping,source control,node governance,and process optimization",it should be focused on the gas gathering and transmission cycle and water injection power saving work,optimizing system operation,improving equipment efficiency,and promoting cost reduction and efficiency increase in oilfield production.After implementation,Xingnan Development Zone has saved investment of 350 million yuan in capacity construction,with an annual gas saving of 23 million cubic meters and power saving of 9.45 million kilowatt hours.
