摘 要:根据《大庆油田振兴发展纲要》,大庆油田将逐步从数字油田发展为智能油田,最终建成智慧油田。为降低数字化建设投资,将采用先优化简化,后数字化建设,顶层设计、效益优先、总体规划、分期实施的模式进行。在总结某特低渗透油田地面工程系统优化简化历程基础上,对目前存在的问题进行梳理,对下一步优化简化提出了合理方案,优化合并转油站、阀组间等设施,预计年可节约运行成本5503万元,取得较好的节能降耗效果,可以为低渗透油田优化简化提供借鉴。According to the Outline for Revitalization and Development of Daqing Oilfield,Daqing Oilfield will gradually develop from a digital oilfield to a smart oilfield,and eventually become a smart oilfield.In order to reduce the investment in digital construction,first the mode of optimization and simplification,and then digital construction,top-level design,efficiency priority,overall planning,and phased implementation will be adopted.This paper reviews the process of optimizing and simplifying of the surface engineering system in an ultra-low permeability oilfield,sorts out the existing problems,and proposes a reasonable plan for the next stage optimization and simplification.Facilities such as oil transfer stations and valve groups are optimized and merged.It is estimated that the annual operating cost of 5503 million yuan can be saved,good energy-saving and consumption reduction effects are obtained,which can be used as a reference for optimizing and simplifying low-permeability oilfields.
