山西农村寄递物流体系发展对策研究

摘　　要：山西省农产品资源丰富,农村地区物流却发展缓慢。随着我国乡村振兴战略的不断推进,山西省在农村寄递物流体系建设方面具有较大需求。文章分析了山西农村寄递物流体系的发展现状,指出了存在如:“寄”“递”双向物流不平衡、物流配套设施不完善、配送网络缺乏系统管理等问题,围绕山西农村寄递物流体系的构建要素、方案进行了讨论,提出了促进山西农村寄递物流体系发展的对策建议,以期为山西农村寄递物流体系的建设与发展提供参考。Shanxi Province is rich in agricultural resources,but the logistics in rural areas is relatively lagged behind.With the vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Shanxi Province has great demand for the construction of rural post and delivery logistics system.In this context,on the basis of a through analysis of the development status of rural post and delivery logistics,the article pointed out that there are several issues such as the huge demand gap between“post”and“delivery”,imperfect logistics supporting facilities,the lack of systematic management of distribution network.In view of this,centering on the objectives,elements and schemes,corresponding development suggestions are put forward,so as to shed light on the construction of rural post and delivery logistics system.
