摘  要:近年来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视高校人才培养问题,相继推出深化产教融合政策以及高校整体推进课程思政建设的方针。《管理心理学》作为一门社会科学类专业课程要对新形势下的课程思政建设要求积极做出响应和回应。本研究基于产教融合的政策背景,探讨管理心理学课程思政建设的价值内涵,提出管理心理学课程思政建设面临的问题,探索管理心理学课程思政建设的有效路径。In recent years,The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the cultivation of university personnel.The policy of deepening the integration of industry and education and the policy of promoting the ideological and political construction of curriculum in colleges and universities have been launched successively.As a professional course of social science,Management Psychology should respond positively to the requirements of ideological and political construction under the new situation.Based on the policy background of the integration of industry and education,this study explores the value connotation of ideological and political construction in the course of management psychology,puts forward the problems facing the ideological and political construction in the course of management psychology,and explores the effective path of ideological and political construction in the course of management psychology.
