摘  要:绿枝扦插技术在甜樱桃自根砧苗的繁育中具有许多优势,如扦插期长、繁殖速度快、成本低、效益高等。然而,绿枝扦插对苗木生根环境要求较高,导致成活率和成苗率较低。结合生产实践,探讨了影响甜樱桃绿枝扦插成活率的因素,并总结出一套系统且具有推广性的甜樱桃绿枝扦插技术,包括苗床和基质准备、扦插枝段的准备、扦插方法、扦插后管理和移栽等关键技术。希望该技术能够促进甜樱桃产业的发展。Green branch cutting technique has many advantages in the breeding of sweet cherry rootstock seedlings,such as long cutting period,fast reproduction speed,low cost,and high efficiency.However,the green branch cutting technique requires a high rooting environment for seedlings,resulting in low survival and seedling rates.Based on production practice,the factors affecting the survival rate of sweet cherry green branch cutting were discussed,and a set of systematic and popularized green branch cutting techniqueofsweet cherry was summarized,including seedbed and substrate preparation,cutting branch preparation,cutting method,management and transplanting after cutting and other key techniquestopromote the development of sweet cherry industry.
