摘 要:本文利用电加热炉试验平台,研究了掺氨对煤粉着火和污染物排放的影响规律。研究表明:氨与煤粉的混合燃料,能够实现在炉内的共燃;掺氨对煤粉着火有一定的抑制作用,随着掺氨比率的提高,抑制作用越强;并且在无燃尽风时掺氨对煤粉燃烧过程中NO_(x)的生成有促进作用,随着掺氨比例的提高,NO_(x)排放浓度明显提高,其中掺氨比例为10%时,相对于不掺氨气时,NO_(x)排放浓度提高50%以上。In the paper,the effect of ignition and pollutant emission during ammonia doping on pulverized coal is studied by using the electric heating furnace test platform.The research shows that the mixed fuel of ammonia and pulverized coal can realize co-combustion in the furnace;Ammonia addition has a certain inhibiting effect on the ignition of pulverized coal.With the increase of the ratio of ammonia addition,the inhibiting effect is stronger;In addition,the addition of ammonia can promote the formation of NO_(x)in the process of pulverized coal combustion when there is no burnout air.With the increase of the proportion of ammonia,the NO_(x)emission concentration increases significantly.When the proportion of ammonia is 10%,the NO_(x)emission concentration increases by more than 50%compared with that without ammonia.
