摘 要:常规电站锅炉的过热器、再热器、省煤器中由于单根半元件管子长度较长,因此存在大量管子对接焊口。而目前国内生产的管材存在壁厚不均的现象,工艺上多采用对管子内壁进行机加的方式,以避免管子由于来料壁厚不均导致的焊接错边等问题的产生。本文通过优化工艺流程,调整焊接参数的方法,研究取消热丝TIG焊前两端管子内壁机加的可行性。In the superheater,reheater and economizer of conventional utility boiler,due to the long length of single semi element tube,therefore,there are a large number of tube butt welds.However,most domestic tubes have uneven wall thickness,in the process,the inner wall of the tube is usually machined to avoid problems such as welding misalignment caused by uneven wall thickness of incoming materials.In this paper,by optimizing the process flow,method of adjusting welding parameters,to study and confirm the feasibility of canceling the machining of inner wall of tubes at both ends before hot wire TIG welding.
