摘　　要：本文通过对某电厂不锈钢弯管在水压过程中发生泄露的缺陷进行分析,经鉴定确认不锈钢泄漏位置属典型的“铜脆开裂”,并根据此结果对不锈钢管发生“铜脆”现象的原因进行分析。This paper analyzes the defects that lead to the leakage of the stainless steel elbow in the process of water pressure in a power plant.After identification,it is confirmed that the leakage position of stainless steel is typical"Copper Embrittlement Cracking".According to the identification results,the causes of"Copper Brittleness"are analyzed.
