摘  要:伴随着火电机组脱硝系统的普及及其超低排放改造的完成,部分电厂空气预热器频繁出现堵灰,阻力上升等问题,严重情况下影响到锅炉机组升负荷及安全稳定运行,增加电厂运行维护成本,给电厂用户造成困扰。本研究主要针对空气预热器堵灰问题进行深入调研和分析,探究空气预热器堵灰原因,有针对性的制定解决措施,为预防和解决空气预热器堵灰问题提供参考。With the popularization of the SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)system of thermal power plants and the completion of its ultra-low emission transformation,some power plants air preheaters frequently have problems such as ash plugging and draft loss rising,which seriously affect the load rising and stable operation of boiler units,increase the operation and maintenance costs of power plants,and cause trouble to power plant users.This study mainly conducts in-depth investigation and analysis on the problem of ash plugging of air preheaters,explores the causes and formulates targeted solutions,provides reference for preventing and solving the problem of ash plugging of air preheaters.
