摘  要:针对传统故障诊断仪器功能有限、应用不灵活的问题,开发了适用于各种风机设备的虚拟仪器,对虚拟仪器的硬件选型进行了介绍,对虚拟仪器软件的信号采集和信号分析程序进行了说明,并应用该虚拟仪器对不同类型风机进行故障诊断,在分析了各自的指标后,准确找到了故障原因。In response to the limited functionality and inflexible application of traditional fault diagnosis instruments,a virtual instrument suitable for various wind turbine equipment was developed.The hardware selection of the virtual instrument was introduced,and the signal acquisition and analysis program of the virtual instrument software was explained.The developed virtual instrument was applied to fault diagnosis of different types of wind turbines.After analyzing their respective indicators,the cause of the fault was accurately identified.
