摘 要:介绍一起220kV氧化锌避雷器泄漏电流偏高的异常情况。通过分析阻性电流测试和避雷器红外精确测温数值,结合相关试验,综合分析判断出氧化锌避雷器泄漏电流偏高的主要原因是由于密封胶圈密封不严造成内部绝缘受潮,导致避雷器本体温度升高。后续采取对密封胶圈整体进行更换、对封装工艺进行改进处理的有效措施予以解决。结合本次异常处理,得出了阻性电流分析和红外检测技术是目前检测避雷器故障最有效方式。This article introduces an abnormal situation where the leakage current of a 220kV zinc oxide lightning arrester is too high.By analyzing the resistive current test and accurate infrared temperature measurement values of the lightning arrester,combined with relevant experiments,it is determined that the main reason for the high leakage current of the zinc oxide lightning arrester is the inadequate sealing of the sealing rubber ring,which causes internal insulation to become damp,leading to an increase in the temperature of the lightning arrester body.Effective measures have been taken to replace the entire sealing ring and improve the packaging process to address this issue.Based on the statistics and status analysis of zinc oxide lightning arresters in operation in a certain province's main network,combined with this abnormal handling,it was concluded that resistive current analysis and infrared detection technology are currently the most effective ways to detect lightning arrester faults.
