摘  要:肠道菌群与宿主的健康和习性关系密切,但斑尾榛鸡肠道菌群相关研究还鲜有报道.基于王朗保护区斑尾榛鸡的粪便16S rDNA的高通量测序,结果显示该地斑尾榛鸡的肠道菌群分属31个门,包括变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)、蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)等.在属分类水平上共检测到的斑尾榛鸡肠道菌群覆盖了582个属,平均相对丰度占比前10的优势属为Pseudomonas、Escherichia_Shigella、unclassified_Cyanobacteriales、Paenibacillus、unclassified_Muribaculaceae、Sporosarcina、unclassified_Lachnospiraceae、uncultured_Bacteroidales_bacterium、Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group和Lactobacillus.红原鸡和斑尾榛鸡菌群alpha多样性指标差异并不显著,但beta多样性差异显著.相对于红原鸡,斑尾榛鸡富集了较多的机会致病菌,因此,王朗斑尾榛鸡可能面临着更高的肠道微生态失调的风险.The gut microbiota is closely related to the health and habits of the host,but there are few reports on the research related to the gut microbiota of Chinese grouse(Tetrastes sewerzowi).The high-throughput sequencing results based on the 16S rDNA of the feces of the Chinese grouse in the Wanglang Nature Reserve showed that a total of 31 phyla were found in the Chinese grouse and the main phyla of gut microbiota in the species in this area are Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Actinobacteriota,Cyanobacteria,Bacteroidota,Acidobacteriota,etc.At the genus level,582 genera were included in the Chinese grouse and the top 10 dominant genera in terms of average relative abundance of the species included Pseudomonas,Escherichia_Shigella,unclassified_Cyanobacteriales,Paenibacillus,unclassified_Muribaculaceae,Sporosarcina,unclassified_Lachnospiraceae,uncultured_Bacteroidales_bacterium,Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group and Lactobacillus.The difference in the alpha diversity index of the microbiota between the red junglefowl and the Chinese grouse is not significant,but the difference in beta diversity is significant.Compared to the red junglefowl,the Chinese grouse is enriched with more opportunistic pathogenic bacteria,Therefore,the Wang Lang Chinese grouse may face more risks of intestinal microbiota dysbiosis.
