摘 要:随着电气化铁路和高速铁路的快速发展,接触网运营里程也逐年增加,近年来,极端气候频繁出现,接触网覆冰现象频发,接触网覆冰给运营安全带来较大影响,接触网覆冰的预警监测和治理成为了铁路安全运营亟须解决的问题之一。参照电力架空输电导线的覆冰预测模型,搭建了接触网覆冰的预警监测平台,根据接触网线路坐标信息,建立微地形覆冰预警监测模型,并对沈大线和丹大线部分区段预警提出了预测报告。利用微波技术对接触网覆冰进行在线监测,并将监测装置安装在瓦长线的隧道口、湖畔等地点进行试验。针对长大距离的覆冰区段,根据接触网融冰回路线材组合、环境温度、覆冰厚度、承力索接触线最大允许工作温度等因素确定合适的融冰电流,并通过载流温升试验验证直流融冰的可行性。最后针对局部散发多发的覆冰区段提出了机械除冰的治理方案。With the rapid development of electrified railways and high-speed railways,the operating mileage of the Overhead Contact System(OCS)has also increased year by year.In recent years,extreme weather has occurred frequently,and the phenomenon of OCS icing has occurred frequently.The OCS icing has a greater impact on operational safety of railway.The icing warning and monitoring and deicing of OCS is one of the urgent problems to be solved for the safe operation of railway.Based on the icing prediction model of overhead power transmission conductors,an early warning and monitoring platform for icing on the OCS line is built.According to the coordinate information of the OCS line,a micro terrain icing warning and monitoring model is established,and prediction reports are proposed for some sections of the Shenyang-Dalian and Dandong-Dalian railway.Microwave technology for online monitoring of OCS icing is utilized and monitoring devices for testing are installed at tunnel entrances,lakesides,and other locations on the Dalian Changxing Island Railway.For long distance ice covered sections,the appropriate ice melting current is determined based on factors such as the combination of wire materials in the ice melting circuit of the OCS,environmental temperature,ice thickness,and the maximum allowable working temperature of the contact wire and messenger wire.The feasibility of DC ice melting is verified through current carrying temperature rise tests.Finally,a mechanical deicing treatment plan is proposed for the locally frequent icing section.
