摘 要:按照桁架结构设计准则,对比分析现有桁架结构形式,提出了在下弦管内施加预应力束的管内预应力钢管桁架组合简支梁结构。力学特性分析结果表明,施加预应力后,下弦管应力值明显降低,进而可减少下弦管截面,从而减小结构自重,提高跨越能力。其不仅具有普通组合简支梁的特点,也具有连续组合梁刚度大的优势,克服了以往的钢管桁架组合连续梁结构自重大和负弯矩区段开裂问题。该种管内预应力钢管桁架组合简支桥梁结构的研究具有重要意义,已经获得国家发明专利,为结构体系的一种创新。This article compares and analyzes the existing forms of truss structures according to the design criteria of truss structures,and proposes a prestressed steel pipe truss composite simple supported beam structure with prestressed tendons applied in the bottom chord tube.The analysis results of mechanical properties indicate that after applying prestress,the stress value of the bottom chord tube is significantly reduced,which in turn can reduce the cross-section of the bottom chord tube,thereby reducing the self weight of the structure and improving the crossing capacity.It not only has the characteristics of ordinary composite simply supported beams,but also has the advantage of high stiffness of continuous composite beams,overcoming the problems of self weight and negative bending moment section cracking in previous steel pipe truss composite continuous beam structures.The research on this type of prestressed steel pipe truss composite simply supported bridge structure within the pipe is of great significance and has obtained a national invention patent,which is an innovation in the structural system.
