摘 要:针对现有顺坡支架功能单一,无法更好适应各种铺轨环境,并且个别工况其上钢轨悬空弯曲过大,钢轨极易出现伤损甚至塑性形变,研发了一种新型可调顺坡支架,通过液压驱动,满足支架长度、坡度可调需求。针对降低板架起升作业油缸最大负载问题,建立了新型顺坡支架机构尺度优化模型,并利用复合形法求得了机构最优几何尺寸,解决了由于增设多级伸缩板架而重量增大和质心前移的问题。优化后油缸最大负载降低17%左右,液压系统性能显著提升。最后,基于顺坡支架动态仿真模型,验证了机构尺度优化模型的正确性。In view of the single function of the existing downhill support,which can not better adapt to various rail laying environments,and the excessive suspension bending of the rails on individual working conditions,the rail is very vulnerable to damage or even plastic deformation,a new adjustable downhill support has been developed,which is hydraulically driven to meet the requirements of adjustable length and gradient of support.In order to reduce the maximum load of cylinder in plate frame lifting operation,a new scale optimization model of downhill support mechanism was established,and the optimum geometry dimension of the mechanism was obtained by complex method,which solved the problems of weight increase and center of mass forward due to adding multi-stage expansion plate frame.After optimization,the maximum cylinder load was reduced by about 17%,and the hydraulic system performance was significantly improved.Finally,the correctness of mechanism scale optimization model was verified based on the dynamic simulation model of downhill support.
