摘 要:随着交通量的不断增大,原有设计桥梁承载能力逐渐下降。针对多跨双幅连续梁桥在长期使用过程中结构承载能力下降的问题,以某三跨预应力连续箱梁桥为工程背景,在不影响结构本身的情况下,通过在双幅连续梁桥每跨跨中设置体外横系梁对结构进行加固设计,同时采用参数分析法对体外横系梁厚度大小进行比选,对双幅连续梁桥结构受力情况进行分析。结果表明:在每跨跨中设置体外横系梁能够很好地提高结构整体刚度,改善桥梁结构的受力状态,提高结构的承载能力,同时有利于结构抗震;当体外横系梁截面厚度选择50 cm时,结构受力状态综合最好;这种方法相较于常规加固方法更加节省材料、工期,同时也更经济,可为类似桥梁加固工程提供参考借鉴。With the increasing traffic volume,the bearing capacity of the original design bridge gradually decreases.In this paper,we take a three-span prestressed continuous box girder bridge as the background of the project,and reinforce the structure without affecting the structure itself by setting the external crossbeam in each span of the bridge,aiming to solving the problem that the structural bearing capacity of the multi-span double-span continuous beam bridge decreases during long-term use.The results show that the setting of external cross-ties in the middle of each span can improve the overall stiffness and the stress state of the bridge structure,enhance the bearing capacity of the bridge structure,and also be beneficial for the seismic resistance of the structure;and when the thickness of the cross-section of the external cross-ties is 50 cm,the structure has the best comprehensive force state.This method saves more materials and time than the conventional strengthening method,and is more economical,which can be used as a reference for similar bridge strengthening projects.
