绘画投射测验在大学生职业生涯规划中的实践

摘　　要：当下全球资本市场动荡、行业结构调整叠加突发公共卫生事件影响,大学生就业形势严峻,高校生涯规划课程定位、教学方式较为传统,大学生自我认知不深刻,缺乏系统化生涯规划意识,慢就业现象突出。为此,将绘画投射测验运用于大学生职业生涯规划,基于个案分析、群体比较研究、长期追踪研究等研究方法,运用房树人理论、自画像、家庭职业图谱、理想九宫格等投射性绘画进行实践测验,研究发现,绘画投射测验具有隐蔽性、娱乐性、趣味性、非语言沟通等优势,能够深化大学生自我认知,觉察自我价值与技能,厘清职业价值观,唤醒生涯规划意识,精准促进人职匹配,进一步完善职业生涯规划教学体系,从而为大学生职业生涯规划提供借鉴。At present,with the global capital market turmoil and industrial structure adjustment combined with the impact of public health emergencies,the college students'employment situation is increasingly serious which is caused by the traditional college career posi-tioning and teaching approach,inadequate self-cognition,lack of systematic career planning awareness and delayed employment.There-fore,the painting projection test is applied to the career planning.Based on the research methods of case analysis,group comparison study and long-term fllw-up study,the practice test is carried out with projective painting of House-Tree-Person theory,self-portrait,family occupation map,ideal 9-square grid,etc.The research finds that the painting projection test has the advantages of concealment,entertain-ment,interest and non-verbal communication which can deepen collge students’self-cognition,perceive their self-value and skills,clarify professional values,arouse the awareness of career planning and promote person-job fit accurately to further improve the teaching system of career planning with the aim of providing guidance for college students’career planning.
