摘　　要：“全面二孩”政策落地后,中国正式由“独生子女时代”开始向“后独生子女时代”转变。政策性生育不仅出现了一波高龄父母,同时也出现子女之间年龄差距过大难以沟通等特殊家庭关系问题。以B社区内大龄二孩家庭的长子女为主要研究对象,通过深度访谈发现长子女面临着个体、家庭与社会的三重影响。尝试探究社会工作帮助长子女调适家庭关系的现实路径,通过开展心理辅导、家庭教育培训、社区亲子活动等服务,促进亲子间的情感交流与同胞间的接纳,构建和谐的家庭关系。After the the universal two-child policy took eflect,China oficially began to transition from the one-child era to the post-one-child era.However,policy-driven childbirth has not only led to a large number of older parents,but has also brought about special family relationship ises,such as huge age differences between siblings making communication diffcult.We carried out a study on the.first child in these families in Community B.Through in-depth interviews,the study reveals the triple infuences faced by the first child from individuals,family,and society.The study aims to explore a realitie path for social work to help the first child adjust their family re-lationships.This involves providing psychological counseling,family education training,and parent-child activities in the community,so as to facilitate emotional communication between parents and children,foster acceptance among siblings,and ultimately build harmonious family relationships.
