基于指派问题的公安情报决策方法

摘　　要：指派问题是线性规划、整数规划、图论和组合最优化的典型问题。公安情报决策工作应用定量分析作为决策辅助工具。指派问题引入公安情报决策,旨在完善定量方法群,为决策者提供科学依据。利用指派问题标准解法——匈牙利解法,运算公安情报决策中指派问题的数学模型时,并未考虑人员完成任务的水平优劣,引入效果系数λ可改善这一情况。The assignment problem is a typical problem in linear programming,integer programming,graph theory and combinatorial optimization.Given that quantitative analysis is employed in public security iteligence decision-making a an auxiliary tool,the intoduc-tion of assignment problem into public security intelligence decision-making aims to enhance the quantitative methods,thus providing deci-sion-makers with scientifie evidence.However,when utilizing the standard solution for the assignment problem-the Hungarian method,to formulate the mathematical model of the assinment problem in public security itelligence decision-making,the proficiency of personnel in completing tasks is not taken into consideration.This paper finds that introducing the efct cofficient λ can improve this situation.
