摘  要:针对460 MPa级低温压力容器用钢板Z向性能不合格、断面收缩率表现出离散性的问题,通过金相检验、夹杂物分析、拉伸断口的扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等方法,对不合格原因进行了系统研究。结果表明:钢中层片状分布的A类塑性夹杂物以及心部粗大聚集性的碳氮化铌夹杂物,是造成Z向性能不合格的主要因素;此类夹杂物主要分布于钢板心部偏析带上,其位置的随机性也是造成Z向断面收缩率离散性的根本原因。通过减轻心部偏析程度、提高铸坯质量等措施,可以大幅提升钢板抗层状撕裂性能。Aiming at the problems that the Z-directional properties of 460 MPa grade steel plate for low temperature pressure vessel are inconsistent and the percentage reduction of area shows discreteness,the causes of the inconsistency are studied systematically by means of metallographic examination,inclusion analysis,SEM observation on tensile fracture and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the type A plastic inclusions distributed in lamellar form and coarse niobium carbonnitride inclusions with central assembling nature are the major factors resulting in inconsistent Z-directional properties.Such inclusions mainly distribute in segregation band at plate center,of which the position randomness is also the fundamental cause of the discreteness for Z-directional reduction of area.The lamellar tearing resistance can be greatly increased by reducing the central segregation and improving the slab quality.
