摘  要:针对钢锭成材高锰耐磨钢板等离子切割面存在的裂纹问题,通过低倍、金相组织和夹杂物形态等检测观察手段展开分析。结果表明:高锰耐磨钢钢锭在凝固过程中形成疏松和缩孔缺陷,缺陷经轧制后未能完全焊合,变形为厚度截面上的线性疏松缺陷;经等离子切割后,线性疏松缺陷在热应力作用下撕裂为裂纹。同时,钢中存在的TiN夹杂加剧了裂纹的扩展。通过对高锰耐磨钢模铸工艺和成分的优化,钢锭内部缩孔状况得到有效改善,钢板等离子切割裂纹大幅减少。Aiming at the crack problem of plasma cutting surface of high manganese wear-resistant steel plate from ingot,the analysis is carried out by means of test and observation of macrostructure,microstructure and inclusion morphology.The results show that looseness and shrinkage hole defects are formed during solidification of high manganese wear-resistant steel ingots;The defects are not fully welded after rolling and deformed into linear looseness defects on the thickness section;After plasma cutting,linear looseness defects are torn into cracks under thermal stress.At the same time,the TiN inclusion in the steel accelerates the crack growth.By optimizing the mould casting process and composition of high manganese wear-resistant steel,the internal shrinkage hole condition of the ingot has been effectively improved,and the plasma cutting cracks of the steel plate have been greatly reduced.
