双边剪夹送辊影响钢板剪切质量的原因分析及改进

摘　　要：介绍了双边剪夹送辊的位置和结构形式,通过对刀锋间隙、夹送辊跑偏、刀片使用率及剪切工艺参数的分析和研究,判断出影响剪切质量的主要因素。并针对双边剪夹送辊对钢板表面质量的影响进行了分析,在此基础上对双边剪夹送辊及相配套的联轴器加以改造,减少了联轴器的更换次数,切实提高了钢板的剪切质量和效率。This article briefly introduces the position and structural form of the double side shear pinch roller.By analysing and studying the knife gap,pinch roller deviation,blade availabity and the shear cutting process parameters,the main factors affecting shearing quality are defined.Analysis is made on the impact of the double side shear pinch roller on the surface quality of the steel plate.Based on the analysis,the double side shear pinch roller and its matching coupling are modified to reduce the frequency of coupling replacement and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the sheared steel plate.
