摘 要:现有的输尿管重建治疗方法因伴随狭窄、输尿管瘘等并发症及供体缺乏等问题,无法满足临床需求,组织工程为其提供了新的可行方法。回顾了国内外研究组织工程输尿管的主要构建策略、材料选择和制备方法,聚焦基于纺织技术的组织工程输尿管研发现状,总结得出输尿管重建存在良好重建效果与短期准备时间的矛盾,以及局部平滑肌生长受限等问题。通过纺织技术制备的微纳纤维集合体,能够控制纤维、纱线和织物多层级结构。进一步设计不同材料与纺织技术结合的多层级结构,并探究其对各类细胞行为的调控作用,这将为组织工程输尿管支架结构的优化设计提供新的方向。The existing ureteral reconstruction treatment methods are unable to meet the clinical needs due to complications such as stricture,ureteral fistula and lack of donor.Tissue engineering provides a new feasible method.The main construction strategies,material selection and preparation methods for the study of tissue-engineered ureter at home and abroad are reviewed.The review focused on the current status of the development of tissue-engineered ureter based on textile technology,and concluded that ureteral reconstruction suffered from the contradiction between good reconstructive effect and short-term preparation time,as well as limited local smooth muscle growth.Micro-nano fiber aggregates prepared by textile technology can control the multi-level structure of fibers,yarns and fabrics.Further design of multi-layered structures of different materials combined with textile technology and investigation of their modulating effects on the behavior of various types of cells will provide new directions for the optimal design of tissue-engineered ureteral scaffold structures.
