摘  要:为探究络合作用对生物基聚酰胺5 6 (PA5 6)纤维结构与性能的影响,以氯化钙为络合剂对PA56纤维进行络合改性,研究氯化钙在不同溶剂(水和乙醇)中对生物基PA56纤维结构与性能的影响。结果表明,经氯化钙溶液处理后,生物基PA56纤维的N—H和C=O的伸缩振动峰位置发生红移,酰胺Ⅱ带发生蓝移;纤维的熔点、结晶度和结晶能力下降,但晶型未发生变化;与水的接触角减小、断裂强度和断裂伸长率下降,纤维表面变得粗糙。相比氯化钙水溶液处理的效果,经氯化钙乙醇溶液处理后纤维的结构和性能变化很大,说明乙醇溶剂更有助于Ca^(2+)与PA纤维聚酰胺基团之间形成络合配位作用。The effects of CaCl_(2) on the structure and properties of bio-based polyamide 56(PA56)fibers in different solvents(water and ethanol)were investigated taking CaCl_(2) as a complexing agent to modify the PA56 fibers,thus to study the effect of complexation on the structure and properties of bio-based PA56.The results show that the position of the stretching vibration peaks of N—H and C=O of the biobased PA56 fibers are red-shifted and the amide Ⅱ band is blue-shifted after treatment with CaCl_(2) solution.The melting point,crystallinity and crystallinity of the fibers decrease,but the crystalline shape does not change.The water contact angle,breaking strength and elongation of the fibers decrease,and the fiber surface becomes rough.Compared to the treatment effect with aqueous calcium chloride solution,the structure and properties of the fibers changed significantly after treatment with calcium chloride ethanol solution,indicating that the ethanol solvent is more conducive to the formation of complexation ligands between Ca^(2+) and polyamide groups of PA fibers.
