摘 要:针对非接触拾取面料时,易出现吸附不稳定、掉落和不易分层等现象的问题,探究面料透气性对吸附效果的影响。将面料等效成多孔介质,基于ALE(arbitrary Lagrange-Euler)方法,建立结构场与流场相互作用的流固耦合模型,对3种不同透气性面料吸附过程进行数值模拟,通过吸附试验和压力分布测量验证模型的有效性。结果表明,面料的透气率对吸附效果有较大影响,透气率与吸附力呈负相关,相关系数为-0.934,即透气率越高,吸附力越小。研究可为后续面料非接触吸附时的进气压力变量控制给予指导。The influence of fabric breathability on the adsorption effect was explored for non-contact fabric picking which is prone to unstable adsorption,dropping and not easy delamination.The fabric was equated to a porous medium.A fluid-solid coupling model was established based on the arbitrary Lagrange-Euler(ALE)method for the interaction between the structural field and the flow field.Three different breathable fabrics were selected for numerical simulation of the adsorption process.The validity of the model was verified by adsorption experiments and pressure distribution measurement experiments.The results show that the air permeability of the fabric has a large influence on the adsorption process.Permeability is negatively correlated with the adsorption force,with a correlation coefficient of-0.934.The higher the permeability,the lower the adsorption force.Guidance is given for the implementation of inlet pressure variable control for subsequent non-contact adsorption of fabrics.
