福州第四代生态住宅设计探析

摘　　要：垂直绿化建筑发展历史久远,其标新立异的建筑形象和绿色环保的特点,给当前城市建设带来新的气息。近年来,随着国家节能减排碳达峰、碳中和两大战略的敲定,垂直绿化建筑在全国各大城市异军突起。本文调研了福州城市发展特点,收集当前已报建的第四代住宅资料和相关政策,研究探讨绿色建筑从概念、平立面设计、绿植选配、后期维护和监管的技术手段,为今后的第四代住宅设计提供参考。Vertical green building has a long history,and its distinctive architectural image and green environmental protection characteristics bring new atmosphere to the current urban construction.In recent years,with the finalization of the two major strategies of national energy conservation which are carbon reduction and carbon neutrality,vertical green buildings have sprung up in major cities across the country.This paper investigates the characteristics of urban development in Fuzhou,collects the information and relevant policies of the fourth generation of residential buildings that have been submitted for construction,and studies and discusses the technical means of green building from concept,flat and facade design,green plant selection,late maintenance and supervision,so as to provide reference for the future design of the fourth generation of residential buildings.
