摘　　要：某办公大楼高度约58m,为大底盘单塔楼的钢筋混凝土框架核心筒结构。结构存在扭转不规则、局部穿层柱,裙房局部楼板不连续,竖向构件高位收进等不同程度的不规则,经详细计算复核后可不按超限高层建筑进行设计。通过控制结构的扭转位移比,对结构进行有针对性的专项分析,包括底层穿层柱的性能设计、局部楼板不连续部位应力分析、顶部大空间的弹性时程补充计算等,对其采取抗震加强措施,减少其不规则性对抗震的不利影响,同时简要叙述了工业化设计过程中装配率的计算过程,为相似的结构设计提供参考。The height of an office building is about 58m,which is a reinforced concrete frame core tube structure of a large chassis single tower.The structure has irregularity in torsion,partial through-story columns,partial discontinuity of floor slab of podium,and high retracting of vertical components.After detailed calculation and review,the design can not be carried out as an over-limit high-rise building.By controlling the torsional displacement ratio of the structure,and conducting targeted special analysis of the structure,including the performance design of the bottom through-layer column,the stress analysis of the local floor discontinuous parts and supplementary calculation of elastic time history for large space on top,the seismic strengthening measures are taken to reduce the adverse impact of its irregularity on the seismic resistance.Provide reference for similar structural design.
