摘　　要：该文介绍了东南亚某群体别墅小区项目,该项目原设计为框架结构,墙体为混凝土空心砌块墙。经设计优化,将所有墙体变更为钢筋混凝土墙,模板采用国内生产的拉片式铝模板,在提升项目质量及安全文明施工的同时,节约工期、降低造价等方面也取得明显效果,为企业带来良好的综合效益。This article presents a community's group villa project in Southeast Asia.The initial design was a frame structure with concrete hollow block walls.However,after conducting design optimization,all walls were replaced with reinforced concrete walls using China-produced plate-type aluminium molds.The use of the aluminium plate molds in this Southeast Asian group villa project enhances project quality,safety,and construction efficiency.It also reduces costs and time consumption,leading to greater overall benefits for the enterprise.
