职业流动、政治信任与国家政策认同——基于特大城市新社会阶层与体制内人员的对比研究

摘　　要：社会流动及其对社会政治态度的影响研究一直是社会分层研究领域的重要议题,探索二者之间的路径机制更是学术前沿。基于2019年“新时代特大城市居民生活状况调查”数据,对比分析了我国特大城市新社会阶层与体制内人员在职业流动、政治信任及国家政策认同三者间的关联机制。研究发现,这两个社会群体的相同之处在于,新社会阶层与体制内人员的职业流动均显著影响其国家政策认同;而不同之处是政治信任在新社会阶层的职业流动与国家政策认同间还建构了一条间接路径,并发挥遮掩效应。以上发现在检验社会流动影响民众社会政治态度的既有理论命题上,提出了一些新的研究设想。The study of social mobility and its political implications has always been a crucial area of research within the field of social stratification.Understanding the underlying mechanisms between these two concepts is an ongoing academic frontier.Using data from the"Survey on Living Conditions of Metropolitan Residents in the New Era"conducted in 2019,this paper conducts a comparative analysis to examine the correlation between career mobility,political trust,and recognition of national policies of the new social class and public institution employees in China's megacities.The results reveal that career mobility of both the new social class and public institution employees significantly influence their recognition of national policies.However,there is a distinction in the role played by political trust,which acts as an indirect pathway between the career mobility of the new social class and their recognition of national policies,serving as a masking effect.These findings introduce new research perspectives for testing existing theoretical propositions on the impact of social mobility on citizens'social and political attitudes.
