航空装备保障融合式培养课程体系构建探析

摘　　要：通过对航空装备保障类生长军官学历教育与任职培训课程体系融合构建的研究,探讨了课程体系融合构建的必要性,阐述了课程体系融合构建中人才培养目标、人才培养理念、人才培养方案、课程内容体系、课程教学设计等5个方面的建议。通过对航空装备保障类生长军官学历阶段和首次任职培训阶段课程体系的融合构建,打破传统生长军官培养中规格限定、千人一面的限制,承认学员差别,挖掘学员潜能,分层教学,实现指技合一的融合培养,让航空装备保障类生长军官成为有个性、有特长、有优势的岗位合格人才。Through the research on the academic education of aviation equipment security developing officer and office training system this paper,discusses the necessity of curriculum system integrated construction,expounds the five aspects of talent training goal,talent training concept,talent training program,curriculum content system and curriculum teaching design.Through the curriculum system construction for aviation equipment security officer education stage and the first job training stage,traditional training specification is broken,to admit students difference,develop students’potential,to carry out layered teaching,making aviation equipment security officers become qualified personnel with personality and specialty.
