摘 要:为研究方钢管混凝土框架-冷弯薄壁型钢屈曲约束钢板剪力墙结构的抗侧性能,进行了1个方钢管混凝土框架-钢板剪力墙和1个方钢管混凝土框架-水平向冷弯薄壁型钢屈曲约束钢板剪力墙结构的往复加载试验,分析了破坏形态、荷载-位移滞回曲线和抗震性能等。结果表明:与非加劲钢板剪力墙结构相比,水平向冷弯薄壁型钢屈曲约束钢板剪力墙结构的初始刚度、极限承载力、耗能能力分别提高94.7%、12.8%、38%。冷弯薄壁型钢约束件能明显限制钢板的面外变形,提高钢板的抗侧刚度、承载力及耗能能力。考虑钢筋屈曲,提出一种适用于冷弯薄壁型钢屈曲约束钢板剪力墙结构的等效斜向交叉支撑的骨架曲线简化计算模型,其中方钢管混凝土框架-水平向冷弯薄壁型钢屈曲约束钢板剪力墙结构试验结果与提出的等效斜向交叉支撑模型预测的屈服承载力和极限承载力比值分别为1.025和0.992,所提出的骨架曲线简化计算模型是准确的,可用于计算方钢管混凝土框架-水平向冷弯薄壁型钢屈曲约束钢板剪力墙结构承载力。To study the lateral behavior of square concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)frame-steel plate shear wall(SPSW)with cold-formed steel buckling constraints,the reversed cyclic loading tests of one square CFST frame-SPSW and one square CFST frame-SPSW with horizontal CFS buckling constraints were carried out;the failure modes,hysteretic curves and seismic performance of the two specimens were analyzed.Compared with the unstiffened SPSW structure,the initial lateral stiffness,ultimate bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the SPSW structure with horizontal CFS buckling constraints increased by 94.7%,12.8%and 38%,respectively.The results show that the horizontal CFS buckling constraints can significantly restrain the out-of-plane deformation of the steel plate,and improve the lateral stiffness,bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the steel plate.With reference to the steel bar buckling theory,an equivalent oblique cross brace simplified analysis model(SAM)of skeleton curve was proposed,which was suitable for SPSW buckling-restrained by CFS members.The comparison with the experimental results shows that the proposed SAM is accurate:the ratios of the experimental to predicted results in terms of the yield and ultimate bearing capacity of the square CFST-SPSW with horizontal CFS buckling constraints are 1.025 and 0.992,respectively.The results show that the SAM of skeleton curve can be used to calculate the bearing capacity of the square CFST-SPSW with horizontal CFS buckling constraints.
