摘  要:张曾敭卸任浙抚后居京四年,虽屡有传言他将复起,却终未再现于政坛之中。辛亥革命后,张曾敭隐居涞水,后寓居天津直至去世,这段时间是他人生最后的岁月。在涞水期间,张曾敭以清室遗民自居,不问世事,与劳乃宣等遗民多有交游,但鲜有文字存世。1916年,天津发生了“南皮张氏二烈女”事件,平日杜门不出的张曾敭突然出山,并为之奔走呼号,推波助澜,致此事成为津门引人注目的公共事件。张曾敭对“二烈女”的关注,可视为他践行遗民心迹的表现,也是一次文化抗争。张曾敭通过遗言坚持其遗民身份,而劳乃宣、陈宝琛等人在挽辞、墓志铭等文本中,固化了张曾敭的遗臣形象。After Zhang Zengyang resigned as governor of Zhejiang Province,he lived in Beijing for four years.Although there were repeated rumors that he would rise again,he did not reappear in the political arena.After the Revolution of 1911,Zhang lived in Laishui and then moved to Tianjin until his death.During his stay in Laishui,Zhang marked himself as an apolitical adherent of Qing dynasty and made friends with other adherents like Lao Naixuan,but few records survived.In 1916,the sacrifice of"Two Eminent Ladies"from the Zhang family of Nanpi occurred in Tianjin.Zhang Zengyang suddenly stood out and campaigned for it.Zhang's attention to the"Two Eminent Ladies"event can be regarded as a manifestation of the fulfillment of his legacy and a form of cultural resistance.Zhang Zengyang insisted on his identity as an adherent of the Qing dynasty through his last words.Lao Naixuan,Chen Baochen,and others further strengthened Zhang's image in elegies,epitaphs,and other texts.
