合肥市城乡居民养老方式的差异性研究

摘　　要：2022年底,合肥市60周岁及以上人口151万人,占常住人口比重达15.74%,老龄化问题继续加剧。切实了解规模庞大的老年群体的养老需求,实现城市、乡村老年人口对日益增长的美好生活需要,是推进社会主义现代化建设的一项紧迫任务。运用调查问卷方式,了解该市城乡居民的主要的养老方式,明了城乡居民养老方式差异性的影响因素,并通过无序多分类logistic回归模型验证其影响因素,为进一步加速该市养老资源的合理分配,构建养老友好型社会和养老政策的制订提供了借鉴作用。By the end of 2022,Hefei has 1.51 million people aged 60 and above,accounting for 15.74%of the permanent population,which makes the aging problem gets more severe.Therefore,it is an urgent task to understand the needs of the large elderly population,and to meet the growing demands for a better life for the urban and rural elderly population with,promoting the construction of socialist modernization.Through questionnaire survey,this paper understands the main ways of providing for the elderly of urban and rural residents in this city,analyzes the infl uencing factors of the diff erences in the ways of providing for the elderly of urban and rural residents,and verifi es the infl uencing factors through disordered multi-classifi cation logistic regression model.This study provides a reference for further accelerating the rational distribution of elderly care resources,and building an elderly friendly society and formulating elderly care policies.
