摘 要:以泡沫金属镍、九水合硝酸铁和硝酸锰为主要原料,采用浸渍法制备了1种适合燃煤电厂脱硝反应用低温SCR催化剂,对其制备工艺参数进行了优化,并对其脱硝性能进行了评价。结果表明,最佳制备工艺参数如下:Fe负载量为8%、Mn负载量为4%、煅烧温度为500℃;当n(NH_(3))∶n(NO)为1.0∶1、O_(2)含量为5%、空速为30000 h^(-1)时,低温SCR催化剂Fe_(8)Mn_(4)/Ni对模拟烟气的脱硝效率较高,当温度为160℃时,脱硝效率达到85%以上,能够满足低温条件下的使用需求。Taking nickel foam,ferric nitrate nine-hydrate,and manganese nitrate as main raw materials,we prepared a kind of low-temperature SCR catalyst which is suitable for denitrification in coal-fired power plants by impregnation method.Moreover,we optimized the preparation parameters,and evaluated the denitration performance.The results show that the optimal process parameters are as follows:the Fe-loading amount of 8%,the Mn-loading amount of 4%,and the calcination temperature of 500℃.The prepared catalyst Fe_(8)Mn_(4)/Ni has higher denitrification efficiency when n(NH_(3))∶n(NO)is 1.0∶1,the oxygen content is 5%,and the space velocity is 30000 h^(-1).When the temperature is 160℃,the denitrification efficiency of catalyst Fe_(8)Mn_(4)/Ni reaches more than 85%,which can meet the use requirements under low-temperature conditions.
