摘  要:采用红外光谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用等手段对煤制乙二醇工艺中草酸二甲酯加氢催化剂的结焦物进行了分析,并探究了加氢催化剂结焦的原因。结果表明,结焦物是由加氢反应过程中,包括草酸二甲酯、乙醇酸甲酯、乙二醇以及各种加氢副产物在内的醇类和酯类物质自聚或相互聚合生成的一种结构复杂的聚合物。根据结焦物的组分并结合工业装置运行的情况,认为加氢过程中生成的高沸点醇类物质的积累是导致加氢催化剂结焦的主要因素,而草酸二甲酯的品质对延缓加氢催化剂的结焦影响明显。We analyzed the coke on the coal-to-ethylene glycol hydrogenation catalysts by infrared spectrum(IR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Moreover,we investigated the cause of coking of hydrogenation catalysts.The results show that the coke is a complex polymer formed by self-polymerization or polymerization of alcohols and esters including dimethyl oxalate,methyl glycolate,ethylene glycol,and various hydrogenation by-products during the hydrogenation process.According to the composition of the coke and the operation of the industrial plant,it is considered that the accumulation of high-boiling alcohols generated during the hydrogenation process is the main factor leading to the coking of the hydrogenation catalysts,and the quality of dimethyl oxalate has a significant effect on the coking of the hydrogenation catalysts.
