摘  要:建立了同时测定新疆不同产地沙枣花中椴树苷、紫云英苷含量的HPLC法。色谱条件为:Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长360 nm,进样量10μL。结果表明,椴树苷、紫云英苷浓度分别在12.6875~406.00μg·mL^(-1)、3.2813~105.00μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加标回收率分别为98.74%、98.40%,RSD值分别为2.78%、2.17%。该方法稳定可靠,可应用于沙枣花的质量控制。We established an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of tiliroside and astragalin in Elaeagnus angustifolia L.flowers from different producing areas of Xinjiang.The chromatographic conditions are determined as follows:the analysis is performed on Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the column temperature is set to be 30℃,acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B)is adopted as the mobile phase for gradient elution,and the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength of 360 nm,and the sample amount of 10μL are adopted.The results indicate that the concentrations of tiliroside and astragalin bear good linear relationships with the peak areas in the range of 12.6875-406.00μg·mL^(-1) and 3.2813-105.00μg·mL^(-1),respectively.The average recoveries are 98.74%and 98.40%,respectively,and the RSD values are 2.78%and 2.17%,respectively.The method is stable and reliable,which can be applied to the quality control of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.flowers.
