摘　　要：为准确把握绿色低碳新发展理念、发挥节能管理的作用,首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院基于全面节约的战略,分析能耗现状,阐述节能管理与技改的相关实践,提出能耗和碳排放量的相关标准与要求,探索了现代医院能源管理模式,推动公共机构绿色低碳转型。In order to accurately grasp the new development concept of green and low-carbon,and play the role of energy-saving management,Beijing Friendship Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University is based on the comprehensive energy-saving strategy.The article analyzes its energy consumption status,expounds its energy-saving management and technical transformation related practices,explores the modern hospital energy management model,and promotes the green and low-carbon transformation of public institutions.
