摘　　要：结合事故教训、海恩法则、主管部门要求等方面提出了医院开展安全生产的重要性与必要性;分析了安全生产的内涵和外延;阐述了抓好安全生产的方法与路径;总结了全面提升安全生产责任与能力的具体举措。Combining the lessons of the accident,Hayne's law,and the requirements of the competent department,the importance and necessity of carrying out safe production in hospitals are put forward;the connotation and extension of safe production are analyzed;the methods and paths for grasping safe production are expounded;specific measures to comprehensively improve the responsibility and ability of safe production are summarized.
